The whole week, end to end
We are not the people who turn up on the day with a clipboard. We take it from the first venue visit to the last car to the airport, and we only take a few weddings a season so we can.
Design
Direction, palette and styling drawn from the venue rather than imposed on it. Mandap and stage design, florals, stationery and the look of each of the four days.
Planning
Venue search and contracts, budget, and the schedule built around the muhurat your family sets. Permits, noise curfews and build access agreed in writing rather than verbally.
Guests
Visa letters issued per passport, flights mapped against the schedule, hotel blocks across several properties, and a transfer plan that runs to the minute.
The ceremony
Pandit or granthi arranged, mandap built overnight, sacred fire permission secured, and the Guru Granth Sahib installed properly where there is an Anand Karaj.
Food
Indian chefs and catering teams flown in. Jain, Swaminarayan and pure vegetarian menus cooked in separate kitchens with their own equipment. Alcohol licensing handled.
Entertainment
Dhol players, DJs and Bollywood artists booked and flighted. Stage, sound and lighting built to spec, with real rehearsal time on the actual rig.
Production
Build and strike crews, generators, overnight installations, and the sequencing that lets a Sangeet stage come down and a mandap go up between two nights.
On the day
Run sheets for every supplier, a movement plan for three hundred people, and one named person reachable at four in the morning. Usually one of us.

Before you ask
Can you have a Hindu wedding in Morocco?
Yes. Hindu ceremonies including the Pheras are held in Morocco at private palaces and estates, with a pandit arranged for the rites. Morocco places no restriction on Hindu, Sikh or Jain ceremonies held privately, and a sacred fire can be lit in an outdoor mandap with the venue's agreement.
Can you hold a Sikh Anand Karaj in Marrakech?
Yes. There is no Gurdwara in Marrakech, so the Anand Karaj is held at the venue. We arrange a granthi, the palki sahib and the respectful installation of the Guru Granth Sahib, with a separate room set aside for it and shoes and heads covered as they would be at home. The four laavan are read as normal.
Do you plan Gujarati, Punjabi and South Indian weddings differently?
Yes, because they are different weddings. A Punjabi celebration leans on the Baraat and the Sangeet. A Gujarati one is built around the Garba and the Mandap Muhurat. South Indian weddings are usually morning ceremonies with an entirely different sequence and menu. We plan to the family's own rites rather than to a single template.
How many guests can a Marrakech wedding venue hold?
The private palaces and estates used for Indian weddings around Marrakech hold between 150 and 800 guests, and several can run more than one ceremony a day on the same grounds. Medina riads are usually under 80, which is why they are not used for multi-day Indian weddings.
Why choose Marrakech instead of Rajasthan for an Indian wedding?
Marrakech offers the same palace architecture Indian weddings are designed around, with arches, courtyards, lantern light, ochre and gold. Flights are far shorter from London, Dubai and the rest of Europe. For families spread between the UK, the Gulf and India, it cuts travel time for most of the guest list.
