Visas
Invitation letters, venue confirmations and the supporting paperwork, prepared per passport rather than as one generic pack. Requirements differ by nationality and we check each one against the current rules before the family applies.
Flights
Direct and one-stop routings from Mumbai, Delhi, Dubai and London, mapped against the schedule so nobody lands during their own ceremony. Marrakech is roughly three hours forty from London and seven and a half from Dubai.
Rooms
Blocks held across several properties at different price points, so a three-hundred-name guest list stops being one family's problem. Allocation, rooming lists and check-in are handled by us, not by the hotel.
Transfers
Arrivals met, coaches and cars scheduled per event, and a movement plan for three hundred people that runs to the minute. Every vehicle is briefed on which event it serves and when it returns.

Questions we are asked most
- Can you have a Hindu wedding in Morocco?
- Yes. Hindu ceremonies including the Pheras are held in Morocco at private palaces and estates, with a pandit arranged for the rites. Morocco places no restriction on Hindu, Sikh or Jain ceremonies held privately, and a sacred fire can be lit in an outdoor mandap with the venue's agreement.
- How many guests can a Marrakech wedding venue hold?
- The private palaces and estates used for Indian weddings around Marrakech hold between 150 and 800 guests, and several can run more than one ceremony a day on the same grounds. Medina riads are usually under 80, which is why they are not used for multi-day Indian weddings.
- Why choose Marrakech instead of Rajasthan for an Indian wedding?
- Marrakech offers the same palace architecture Indian weddings are designed around — arches, courtyards, lanterns, ochre and gold — with far shorter flights from London, Dubai and the rest of Europe. For families spread between the UK, the Gulf and India, it cuts travel time for most of the guest list.
- Is Indian vegetarian and Jain catering available in Marrakech?
- Yes. Indian chefs and catering teams are flown in for the celebration, and Jain, Swaminarayan and pure-vegetarian menus are prepared in separate kitchens with their own equipment where the family requires it.
- How many days does an Indian wedding in Marrakech take?
- Most run three to five days. A typical four-day schedule is Haldi on day one, Mehndi on day two, Sangeet on day three, and the Baraat and Pheras on day four, followed by a reception.
- When is the best time of year to marry in Marrakech?
- March to May and September to November are the preferred months. Days are warm and evenings stay mild enough to dine and dance outdoors. July and August regularly exceed 40°C, which is difficult across a four-day programme.
