Palaces and estates, not riads
A multi-day wedding needs grounds that hold several hundred people, run more than one ceremony a day, and let a mandap be built overnight.

Why not a riad
Medina riads are beautiful and almost always under eighty covers. They have no vehicle access for a Baraat, no build access for a mandap, and no second space to run a Mehndi while the Sangeet stage goes up. They work for a welcome dinner. They do not work for a four-day wedding.
